Siphiwe Moyo is a Chartered Human Resources Professional. He is a Professional Motivational Speaker and Learning & Development Consultant
Siphiwe is the previous Head of Learning and Development for Nedbank Home Loans, FNB Asset Finance and Murray & Roberts UCW Division. He’s held other senior level positions in other companies. Prof Karel Stanz

Head of Dept: Human Resource Management, University of Pretoria
Prof Karel Stanz is an Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Human Resource Management at the University of Pretoria and has been seconded to act as the Director of Human Capital from 1 July 2013 to 30 April 2014.
Previously, he was a full professor and Head of the Department of Human Resource Management at the University of Johannesburg. He is a registered Industrial Psychologist and a Master Human Resources Practitioner and teaches Talent Management on masters’ level. Since 2005 he has successfully supervised 24 masters and eight doctoral students, and authored/co-authored 20 refereed articles published in accredited journals and more than 40 refereed conference publications published nationally and internationally. He also serves on the executive committee of the newly-founded Africa Academy of Management (AFAM) and has been elected as the President of the Society for Industrial and Organisational Psychology in South Africa (SIOPSA) for the term 2012/2013 and was awarded Honorary Life Membership.
Mrs Thandi Thankge

Thandi has served in various HR management positions in companies such as De Beers Consolidated Mines, Afrox Limited and TIMES Media Ltd .She has also served as Head of Human Resources & Transformation at MAN Truck & Bus SA (Pty) Ltd.
She is a seasoned Practitioner with extensive HR experience with more specific focus in areas of Talent Management and Transformation. Ms Thankge is a registered Psychometrist: Independent Practice with Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA). She is also a member of Society for Industrial and Organisational Psychology of South Africa (SIOPSA). Ms Thankge’s academic career includes MCom in Business Management (University of Johannesburg); BA Honours Degree – Industrial Psychology (University of South Africa); Advanced Programme in Organisational Development (University of South Africa) ; Advanced Programme in Labour Relations (University of South Africa) and a National Diploma in Library and Information Services (ML Sultan Technikon).
Mr Brian Matthee

Brian is a qualified, astute and highly experienced human resource management professional with over 20 years’ experience with world leading companies such as Lafarge, Sappi and Barloworld.
He offers a combination of human capital development, employee relations, talent management, remuneration and performance management competencies earned through actual work experience and academic training. He successfully completed the modular parts of the MBA degree and he is in the process of completing his dissertation. Currently he is employed as General Manager: HR & Organisation of Chryso Southern Africa and also serve on the Executive Committees of both Chryso Southern Africa (Pty) Ltd and a.b.e Construction Chemicals (Pty) Ltd. Chryso SA is part of the Materis Group and Chryso Group.
Internal Audit Manager, Standard Bank of SA
Currently an Internal Audit Manager at Standard Bank SA, a role focused on improving the control environment within the Personal and Business Banking (PBB) business in the bank through delivering a risk based audit plan and valuable portfolio and stakeholder management.
Mpolai is also a council member on the Ekurhuleni West College for Further Education Training council appointed by the Minister of Higher Education in May 2014 and a member of the Audit and Risk Committee. Previously worked as a Financial Manager at Group Five Intertoll looking after the accounting finance function for South Africa and Zimbabwe.
Mrs Sindiswa Ruth Maseko

A graduate of Dr Bill Winston’s Joseph Business School, Chicago USA, Sindiswa Ruth Maseko serves under the great anointing of Bishop DA & Only Lady, Neela Lazarus of Siloam Ministries.
Sindiswa holds a qualification in theology, and she is one of Milpark Business Schools’ Alumni’s after graduating with an MBA degree. She is a certified Ethics Officer with Ethics SA. She is a member of the SABPP Ethics Committee. She has been involved in Christian ministry for a number of years, and working with Siloam Ministries – millions of lives have been touched around the globe through various humanitarian projects, relief efforts and community service initiatives. She is a mother who balances career, ministry and family. She has been operative as a strategic business advisor to corporates, supports change management initiatives, business, mentorship and counselling. She is passionate about serving in certain industries, giving back to communities, and being a voice of reason.
Mr Frank de Beer

Ms Vuyokazi Dwane

Vuyo is the Human Resources Director for LexisNexis South Africa, a role she has held since 2009, and has extensive human resources, management consulting and change management experience, which she has gained over the past 21 years and across a variety of respected organisations and industries.
This experience has played itself out across both the public and private sector. Within the private sector, her clients spanned several industries such as financial services, packaging, retail, and ICT. She holds a Bachelor of Social Science degree (Psychology Major), a Postgraduate Diploma in Organisation and Management and an MBA degree from the University of Cape Town. She also holds the position of Deputy Chairperson for the SABPP in KwaZulu-Natal, a role she was elected into in 2014, and one through which she hopes to make a positive contribution to the broader Human Resource profession within the province.

Mrs Judith Nzimande

Judith Nzimande is seasoned HR Expert with extensive knowledge and experience.
Among many of her qualifications, Judith has a BCom Honours degree in Human Resource Management with the University of KwaZulu Natal, where she later obtained her Masters in Commerce degree. She is currently finalising her last module of the Executive MBA with Jack Welch Management Institute at Strayer University (USA). She is also currently studying toward a PhD in Philosophy.She has 20 years’ experience in HR related fields holding positions ranging from Generalist to Head of Human Resources and Transformation. Judith makes history as she is the first female President of the Zululand Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Judith has initiated and championed CEO Forum to network, collaborate and to craft solutions to challenges facing business in Richards Bay. She is the recipient of the 2015 Regional Business Achiever Award by Business Women’s Association of South Africa.
Prof Logan Naidoo

Professor Logan Naidoo is a well-published Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management at the Mangosuthu University of Technology.
His areas of specialization are Human Resources and Management. He has been in the Tertiary Sector for 40 years and an academic for more than 15 years holding various positions at UDW (UKZN) and DUT. He has established links with UJ, CPUT, UNISA, UFOS, MANCOSA and DIT, serving as Advisor, Examiner, Moderator or Supervisor. Prof Naidoo was also the Executive Director at Labour Dynamics, a consultancy specializing in Human Resources and Organisational Development. and as Acting Registrar, Director Student Academic Administration and Chief Director Planning and Technical Services at UDW.
Mr Maropeng Sebothoma

Maropeng is an HR Executive aged 41 at the South African Revenue Service. His credentials are an Honours Bachelor degree of Administration specializing in Industrial Psychology from UNISA and certificates in Total Quality Management, Transformation and Change Management.
Over the past 20 years, Maropeng obtained “hands on experience” in delivering on the HR value chain aspects (Workforce Planning, Analytics, Talent Management, Organisational Design, Skills Development, HRBP, HR technology) and also a leader of strategic team (5 years). His value add is evident in Transnet, Telkom, Eskom and SARS where has been gainfully employed. Moreover, he operated as an external OD consultant contracted to the establishment of HR department (SASSA) and also employee engagement improvement (Lepelle Water). In SARS as an executive, his role enabled him to interact with external governance bodies (Remcom & HR Specialist Committee).

A commercial analyst by training, Bebe is a lover of “great questions” interested in how we create real opportunities for organizations and the people who work within them. Her approach is to look for solutions that meet sustainable multi-stakeholder value expectations.
She is passionate about catalyzing connections that unlock capability within the corporate (and other) workspaces, especially on the African continent. In her career spanning just over 20 years, she has had the opportunity to partner with others to develop and implement strategic business and people solutions. More recently, in the talent and OD space. She would describe herself as an organizational effectiveness practitioner. She looks forward to using this experience in service of SABPP’s HR VOICE II strategy, especially in the LQA space.
