Primary Focus

The SABPP LQA is responsible for the quality assurance of SAQA registered full qualification and stand alone unit standards in the Human Resources (HR) field, as well as Productivity, Generic Management and Disability Employment Practice, Business Administration, Labour Relations and Call Centre.

Furthermore, the LQA is responsible for the following:

Accreditation of HR providers

Learning Programme Approval

Monitoring and external moderation

Verification of Learnerships

Registration of assessor and moderators in related areas

Issuing of certificates to learners who obtain full qualifications

Auditing of Providers/Assessors/Moderators

Issuing of Statement of Results
